| What does 4/4, 4/0 etc mean? |
4/1 relates to your CD booklet this is a double spread printed full colour on one side and one colour black on the reverse. Folded to give a front cover and an inside print to the CD jewel case.
4/0 relates to your inlay packed behind the black tray the CD sits on and so printed full colour 1 side only. Folded to show through the reverse and through both spines of the case.
Selecting the 4/4 and clear tray option gives you print through the clear tray behind your CD, as well as full colour to both sides of your booklet. |
| What is a 4/0 digipak? |
A Digipak is a type of CD case which can vary in size, but is usually the same size as a regular plastic CD case.
The front and back covers of the case are made of card instead of plastic and the cd is held in place by a plastic formed tray, mounted to the inside of the rear cover.

| What is a 4/4 J card option? |
| The J card is the booklet that can be found in a CD. 4/4 means 4 pages of print in 4 colours both sides |
FAQ’s
Q: Can I check the mastered product before
it gets duplicated?
A: Yes, of course you can. Using your
email address we will use Yousendit to email across an MP3 of the
file, to get your feedback.
Q: Can I check the artwork
before it gets duplicated?
A: Yes, just as with our mastering
we will send you a proof first. We can take feedback by email or
phone.
Q: How long will it take to supply the finished
copies?
A: Promo package 1/ 2 + single package 1 will take 5–7 working days from approval of assets.
Single package 2 + all album packages will take 10-12 working days from approval of assets.
Q: What happens after I have paid?
A: You will receive an customer order number with your confirmation email and we will send out a Customer pack for you to return to us. It will contain instructions, relevant forms and a self addressed envelope.

GS1 UK is the only organisation that legally issues bar codes numbers (GTINs) in the UK and Iwantacd works in cooperation with them allowing you the customer to access their range of services easily and quickly.
If you require bar codes to be placed on your product(s) complete the bar code field.
Don't worry if you don’t have it to hand as in the customer pack there will be a form where you can enter it.
If you require single bar code numbers (GTIN-13) and are only going to release a single track or album and your turnover is LESS than £10,000 annually, you are eligible to licence a single bar code numbers (GTIN-13) from GS1 UK. For as little as £25 each+ VAT annually, you can apply for a maximum of three single bar code numbers. Please click here to download the application form and once completed, please send it directly to the GS1 UK Service Team, Staple Court, 11 Staple Inn Buildings, London, WC1V 7QH.
Once you receive your bar code(s) numbers from GS1 UK, please email the barcodes to us (contact@iwantacd.com) using your customer number as the subject header or send us the form in your welcome pack back to us with the bar code numbers inserted.
